First, align the brand promise with the truths of engineers.  Using a relatively new platform to identify and deploy an online questionnaire, some keen customer insights emerged. What followed was, Precisely Where You Should Be, a multi-channel campaign celebrating the ingenuity, creativity and passion of precision engineers while leveraging the brand’s commitment to changing the world through innovative precision instruments.
